The Between the Stacks zine accompanies the exhibition Between The Stacks at Toppins London that ran for just under a month in Shoreditch, London in February 2023. The zine features two original stories by D Mortimer inspired by the pleasure of the text and a series of photographs by photographer and director Lydia Garnett that portray Mortimer and Prinx Silver reading tenderly together in the studio that they share above a public library. 
 
The exhibition and zine were devised and created in response to being kicked out of said studio.
